September Construction Update

Installation of external sewerage and water supply networks is ongoing. Meanwhile, installation of internal building services, including water supply, heating and electrical systems, is continuing at ground-floor and car park levels.

In Section 1.1, façade works are ongoing. Wall plastering and floor tiling in communal areas have been completed, with the exception of the ground floor.

In Section 1.2, floor tiling is continuing in the ground-floor communal areas.
