RIEL Tops the Ranking of Lviv’s Largest Developers in 2025 and Enters Top 10 in the Capital
At the end of 2025, we ranked first among developers in Lviv. The ranking was published by the LUN housing search service in cooperation with NV, based on an analysis of the volume of housing commissioned in the largest cities of Ukraine.
This ranking reflects the actual performance of developers – namely, the number of apartments commissioned. This indicator is considered one of the key measures of a developer’s reliability and its ability to fulfil obligations to investors.
According to the results of the year, we commissioned 902 apartments in Lviv, which allowed RIEL to maintain its leadership in the city’s property market.
In addition, RIEL also entered Top 10 developers in Kyiv, where the ranking included companies responsible for delivering around half of all newly commissioned apartments in the capital and the surrounding region.
Overall, about 61,000 apartments were commissioned in Ukraine in 2025, which is 8–9% fewer than in the previous year. At the same time, development activity remains strong: 231 new residential complexes were launched during the year, representing a 16% increase compared with 2024.
