Construction Update for May
Construction works continue on Stage Eight of the Velyka Brytaniia Residential Complex.
In Section 1.1, façade installation works are ongoing. Installation of the internal electrical systems is nearing completion, while masonry works for the internal walls within both the building and the parking facility have already been completed.
In Section 1.2, floor screeding works in the common areas have been completed. The project team has now commenced plastering and skim-coating works throughout the communal areas.
At the same time, installation of the internal engineering systems across Stage Eight is approaching completion, including water supply, heating, and electrical networks.
Works also continue on the installation of the external drainage network throughout the development.
