Current Construction Status of Stage 8
Construction of Stage 8 is underway at the Velyka Brytaniia Residential Complex.
In Section 2, façade works have been completed, with the exception of the basement level. Finishing works in the common areas are ongoing, including wall puttying and floor tiling in the shared areas. Installation of water and heat meters is also in progress.
In Section 1, masonry works for internal partitions and installation of window units have been completed. In parallel, installation of internal water supply and heating engineering systems is underway. Façade insulation and finishing works are ongoing. At the level of the ninth floor above the parking structure, masonry works for the external walls are in progress, and construction of the internal walls is commencing.
Additionally, works are ongoing on the construction of the vertical structural elements of the commercial floor above the stylobate parking structure.
