Stage 8 Construction Update
Construction works within Stage 8 of the Velyka Brytaniia Residential Complex are progressing as planned.
In Section 2, wall plastering works are ongoing. Floor tiling in common areas has been completed, with the exception of the ground floor. Installation of water and heat meters has been fully completed.
In Section 1 (1.2), internal partition masonry and window installation have commenced. At the same time, installation of internal water supply and heating systems is ongoing. Façade insulation and finishing works continue. External wall masonry has been completed at the ninth-floor level above the car park, while internal wall masonry is in progress at the third-floor level.
Works on the vertical structural elements of the commercial floor above the stylobate car park have been completed.
